You could resolve your debt for less than you owe.

Debt resolution programs may settle unsecured balances — credit cards, medical bills, personal loans — for less than the full amount. Programs vary and so do results, which is why we start with a real review of your situation, not a sales pitch. Finding out where you stand is free.

What we do

Four ways back to solid ground.

Pick the one that fits. If a different route would serve you better, your specialist will say so.

Debt Resolution

For credit cards, personal loans, and medical bills that have outgrown your budget. Enrolled balances may be negotiated down to less than you owe — and you pay no program fees until a debt actually settles.

How it works

Three steps, no pressure at any of them.

From first question to clear plan — usually within a day.

  1. Answer a few questions

One short form, about a minute. Tell us what you're dealing with — estimates are fine.

  2. A specialist reviews, usually same day

A US-based specialist looks over your situation, usually the same day, then calls or texts to talk it through.

  3. You get a clear plan

If a program fits, you see how it works and what it costs — in writing — before you decide. If nothing fits, we'll tell you that too.

No cost. No obligation. You can stop at any point. Start the form

Why Vertex

The way we work.

Debt relief has earned people's skepticism. We'd rather earn the opposite — by being specific about fees, plain about trade-offs, and quick to say when a program isn't right for you.

  • Transparent fees, in writing. If a program fits, you see exactly what it costs before you commit — not after.

  • No upfront-fee programs. The debt resolution programs we present charge fees only as debts are actually resolved.

  • You stay in control. Every enrollment, every settlement, every decision needs your explicit go-ahead. We explain; you choose.

  • Real humans. US-based specialists who pick up the phone, use plain English, and answer the awkward questions directly.

Questions

Asked often, answered straight.

Will this hurt my credit?

It can, depending on the route. Debt resolution usually involves pausing payments on enrolled accounts while they're negotiated, which typically lowers your score for a time. Credit repair works in the other direction, disputing items that shouldn't be on your reports. Before you enroll in anything, your specialist will walk through what it could mean for your credit — the downside included.

What does it cost?

Talking to us costs nothing, and there's no fee to find out whether a program fits. If you enroll, fees depend on the service and your situation, and you'll see them in writing first. The debt resolution programs we present charge no upfront fees — you pay only as debts are actually resolved.

How long does it take?

It varies more than anyone likes to admit. Some matters resolve in months; a multi-account debt resolution program often runs a few years. Your specialist will give you a realistic range for your situation — not a best-case number.

Which debts qualify?

Debt resolution is generally for unsecured debt: credit cards, personal loans, medical bills, and some private loans. Mortgages and auto loans are secured, so they don't qualify. Tax debt and federal student loans follow their own programs — which is exactly why we offer those as separate services.

Is this a loan?

No. Vertex Resolution is not a lender, and none of our services involve borrowing more money. We connect you with programs — negotiation, disputes, repayment plans — that deal with the debt you already have.

Start with a conversation.

One short form. A specialist review, usually the same day. A clear picture of your options — whatever you decide to do with it.
